Vital Signs Community Network
The Vital Signs Community Network (VSCN) brings together community leaders and organizations to share ideas, stay informed, and collaborate on local issues. Members help shape the Community Foundation’s work, especially through feedback on our Vital Signs® research. Meetings are a chance to connect, talk about community needs, and learn from each other through guest speakers or peer sharing.
